This charming stone building is made
entirely of cut sandstone quarried around 1890-1900 from the Amherst
Quarries and was used as a pig barn.

Historic Buildings
We are open 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and are closed during all holidays. The Quigley Museum is open Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon and every Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. during the months of May to the 1st Sunday in December. The Sandstone Museum Center is open every Sunday at 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. during the months of May through September. Tours of the Quigley house and/or Sandstone Museum Center outside of this time frame can be arranged. Please call 988-7255 |
